We are delighted to have the support of FULGAZ (www.fulgaz.com) who are making available FREE FULGAZ MEMBERSHIP to everyone who signs up to ride for the period 12th August 2022 to the end of the event at Noon (GMT) on 11th September 2022. For those who have not previously heard of FULGAZ it is an indoor cycling app. FULGAZ are all about the joy of riding outside whilst being inside. They aim to be the closest thing to travelling to real locations around the world without leaving your home.

FULGAZ want the app to get in the way as little as possible with the experience all about being on your bike in a real life location enjoying the ride. For more information on how to use FULGAZ please click on this link.

Whilst the online event is in progress a small number of riders representing the charities will be riding around the country roads in Suffolk, England to see How Far they can ride in 50 hours. Their progress can be viewed live on the website.

The rides that you will enjoy if you are taking part in the 1, 3 or 6 hour event will be some of those that the outdoor riders will be cycling around the glorious Suffolk countryside. For those riding the 50 hour challenge there will be plenty of rides available from all around the world for you to enjoy.

You will be able to follow your own performance on the leaderboards for each specific event.

Success After Stroke (SAS) has just celebrated its 21st year. It has one goal which is to enhance the lives of those who have suffered from a stroke. SAS works to improve both the physical and mental wellbeing of each stroke survivor and provide much needed support to their carers.

In 2021 the charity was recognised by Her Majesty the Queen who awarded SAS with ‘The Queens Award for Voluntary Service’.
